Our wine cellar
Our wine cellar features over 6,000 bottles and 1,600 labels — including nearly 120 Quebec wines — all curated under the discerning eye of our head sommelier, Amélie Allot. A collection honored with the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence every year since 2021, where prestigious estates and artisanal winemakers sit side by side. A generous selection by the glass allows you to explore at your own pace, without ever having to commit too soon.
