Friday, May 3rd, at 6pm, enjoy a 5-course menu where each dish is paired with a wine from Château de Mercuès or Châteaux de Haute-Serre and presented by the winemaker, Bertrand-Gabriel Vigouroux.
In the fourth generation of a family of winemaker and trained as an oenologist, Bertrand-Gabriel continues his father’s legacy. Often cited among the leading French winemakers, he has adeptly preserved the essence of tradition while integrating innovative techniques to achieve excellence. With a deep love for his terroir and a fervent passion for the Malbec grape, he embodies profound devotion to his craft.
